Cannot recommend Windfall enough! 💕 I’ve been wanting to write a positive review for Windfall for such a long time now but thought I’d wait until my ring was finished so I could add photos! These women are the absolute best!! I’ve always had a clear image in my head of the style of ring and colour of stone that I wanted and had such high expectations that I had convinced myself that I would never be able to get the ring I wanted. I knew that I didn’t want a factory made bog standard ring so after searching high and low for independent jewellers with amazing reviews I found Windfall. Lani, Sarah and Gemma were fantastic from the very start! They helped me pick out the perfect stone, setting and gold all within my budget and were so patient and helpful when I was undecided on style and wanted to see all the options again. The whole team is so friendly and really listens to what you want rather than pushing a style or design onto you like I have found with some other jewellers. We were able to pay the ring off in instalments whenever suited us too which was a bonus! Yes the ring takes a while to make but it is so so worth it for a beautiful, ethical, one of a kind ring. I have purchased ready made earrings from Windfall Jewellery twice before and have loved their quality and designs (black diamond studs white gold and Halo earrings) but recently received my first ring from these fabulous ladies! I fell in love with their Snowbird Stacker online and after chatting back and forth with Sarah who gave the best advice, I ordered it in 18ct white gold (she had explained everything so clearly and since I am hard with my hands I knew there was no point ordering it in 9ct) The ring is stunning, fits perfectly (thank you for suggesting to order the ring sizer!) and I absolutely love it! I have so much admiration for Lani, Sarah & the team for their customer service which goes over and above anything you would expect - and for the quality of their products. The love for what they do oozes through every stage and their business and environmental ethics are also to be mentioned. This won't be my last purchase from Windfall Jewellery, I would happily recommend them to anyone!

I fangirl over the Windfall ladies so hard. I was obsessed with their work and followed them on Instagram for so long, then lucky me - my man proposed with my very own windfall ring. It is everything I could’ve wanted and more. My fiancé said the windfall girls (specifically Gemma and Sarah) were so wonderful throughout all their communication with him and made the process so easy. We will definitely get our wedding bands from windfall when the time comes! I also recently purchased a necklace from their ready to ship range and got to experience their loveliness and wonderful customer service for myself (thanks Emma!). They express posted my necklace on the same day I bought it so it would get to me in time for my birthday. Thank you so much ladies ❤️ you rock

My wife and I booked to come in and try some wedding band styles on in January and the team was very easy to work with! We decided on a gold pinched stacker with white diamonds to sit under my wife's pear moissanite solitaire engagement ring, and a gold wide signet with a matching diamond for me. Horrific customer experience. I purchased a set of rings during an online sale in June. I paid for the rings in two instalments one upfront and one after 4 weeks. At week 4 after the purchase was completed, I was advised that they had misplaced one of the rings. Between the first and second payment, I received no communication. I was then advised that they had incorrectly listed the price of the pair of rings and my option was to receive just one ring for the ‘presumed’ price I paid for two. When I received a refund, the payment method they used deducted an international transfer free from the total refund amount meaning that I am now without the rings I purchased and I’m £22 down! A significant amount for a transaction that was cancelled due to numerous errors made by the team. My emails are now being ignored. When I did get responses they were rude, abrupt and dismissive. I also waited days to get a response. Not a single apology has been received throughout. As a previous customer who purchased a wedding and engagement ring from here - they are now being sold and replaced.

My beautiful fiancé tried to surprise me with some Windfall earrings. I had dropped some not to subtle hints so he snapped up these stunning Champagne diamond studs. Unfortunately he paid for them on our joint credit card so I sussed him out pretty quickly - not that I was mad in the slightest!! They arrived exactly as described and as they were in the "ready to ship" section, arrived within a few days or ordering. They were chosen to match my engagement ring (not by Windfall) and I think they are just perfect. Many thanks to the Windfall team for creating such wonderful work & for the business ethos they uphold.

My partner and I can’t thank and recommend Jess and Sarah enough 💖 They sourced the most incredible pink stone for us and did the most stunning job with it 💖 I am so beyond thrilled and proud to now wear this piece of beautiful jewellery (my engagement ring).
